SHIPPING

We are a small, woman-owned business and operating to the best of our abilities. Please allow 2-5 days to process all orders, in addition to the shipping time indicated at checkout. At this time, postal carriers are experiencing a high volume of shipments. Within the US- Please allow up 10-20 business days to receive your order after it is shipped. Outside of the US- please allow up to 30 days from shipment for delivery. 


Orders are fulfilled 9am-5pm Eastern Standard time, once your order is fulfilled, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to your order, this includes: change of address or cancellation. If you wish to make a change to your order after it is fulfilled, your order will need to be processed as a return.

You will receive updated tracking information in a separate email once your order has shipped.

RETURNS

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Harvest Moon House purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, HMH offers a 14-day refund or exchange on unopened and unused items. Items must be received back by us within 30 days to be eligible. This is to protect our small business. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@harvestmoonhouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items purchased at wholesale discount are not eligible for a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
